our summer collection announcement | reykjavik, iceland

got the chance to announce this at the onyx feather pop up shop last week and got such positive feedback from everyone! (the pop up went smashingly well, pictures to follow soon.) yup, our icelandic collection is being unveiled soon. soooo excited about it! expect some incredible pieces from this collection and some fun surprises when it launches. every year gets bigger and better right? ::closes door to secret workshop and goes back to turning glaciers into necklaces::

updates | the onyx feather pop-up shop

debuting the new color-blocked swarovski necklaces at the pop-up shop. i've been in hibernating sweatshop mode to make this happen! we're going with a mint, silver and black sand theme. working on a swarovski crystal tree as well--i've got the bruises and cuts to prove it and so does joan. ok, fine. she doesn't have bruises or cuts because she's a resourceful DIY ninja. if you are in dc stop by and say hi. if you aren't, we'll take lots of pictures!

ready set dc's fashion district | onyx feather pop up

doing a ::sparkly:: pop up of swarovski necklaces at ready set dc's fashion district next thursday in georgetown. i'm excited to see the unveiling of their new format and ogle at the work of other dc creatives. check out all the ticket information here and below. i've been looking at images of fun pop-ups in new york city and brussels for inspiration--these are bit a more complicated than we can pull off in a short time frame but they are great eye candy. we're also announcing our summer city collection for 2012. come by and say hi! The When/Where & Ticketing Information:

• Thursday, April 12th 7:30 pm to 11 pm at The Powerhouse in Georgetown 3255 Grace Street, NW (take the footbridge near Dean & DeLuca over the canal)
• Early Bird Ticket ($40): Doors open at 6:30pm. The Early Bird attendees gain early access to shopping, a complimentary Fashion District Cocktail and hor d’oeuvres from some of DC’s most beloved and exciting restaurants.
• General Admission ($30): Doors open at 7:30pm. General Admission comes with a complimentary Fashion District Cocktail.
